PRIVATE FIRE PROTECTION :
For Private Fire
Hydrants $ 16.63 per month per tap
For sprinkler systems
$ 55.42 per month
BILLING
PROCEDURE:
Monthly meter
reading and billing of all rental property accounts, and industrial, commercial or school accounts requesting
monthly billing.
On all other accounts, meter reading and
billing shall be on bi-monthly basis.
TRAILER COURTS:
House trailers,
either mobile or immobile, located on sites other than a park or
court shall be billed in the same manner as any other family or
business unit
TAP FEE:
The following
charges are to be made whenever the utility installs a new tap to
service an applicant. A tap fee of $400.00 will be charged to all
customers who apply for service.
CHARGE FOR
RECONNECTION:
Whenever the supply
of water is turned off for violation of rules and regulations,
nonpayment of bills, or fraudulent use of water, the utility shall
make a charge of $20.00 for reestablishing service.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE:
In the event the
District collects payment in full of a delinquent water bill at the
customer's premises in lieu of a discontinuance of service for
nonpayment, an administrative fee of $10.00 shall also be collected
in addition to the delinquent water bill.
DELAYED PAYMENT PENALTY
The above schedule is
net. On all accounts not paid in full when due, ten percent will be
added to the net current amount unpaid. This delayed payment penalty
is not interest and is to be collected only once for each bill where
it is appropriate.
RETURNED CHECK CHARGE:
The District may not
collect any fee greater than that charged to it by a banking
institution and under no circumstances shall the fee collected by
the District exceed $25.00 .
INCREMENTAL COST
OF WATER PRODUCTION:
$0.35 per thousand
gallons to be used where the bills reflects unusual consumption
which can be attributed to leakage on the customer's side of the
meter. This rate is used to calculate consumption above the
customer's historic usage.

Sewer Rate Schedule

APPLICABILITY
Applicable

AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE
Available for
general domestic, commercial, and industrial service
RATE
Customers
with metered water supply $ 12.67 per month customer charge plus $8.03 per 1,000 gallons
Customers
with non metered water supply $48.84 per month (equivalent to 4,500 gallons usage)
Customers with both metered water supply and unmetered water supply shall be charged the
unmetered rate or the customer charge plus commodity charge based on metered water,
whichever is greater.
MINIMUM CHARGE
No bill will be rendered for less than $ 12.67 per

DELAYED PAYMENT PENALTY
The tariff is net. On all current usage billings not paid with in twenty (20) days, ten
percent (10%) will be added to the net current amount unpaid. This delayed payment
penalty is not interest and is to be collected only once for each bill where it is
appropriate.
TAP FEE:
The following charges
are to be made whenever the utility installs a new tap to service an
applicant. A tap fee of $350.00 will be charged to all customers who
apply for service.
CONNECTION FEE
A service connection fee of $350.00 will be charged for each new connection to the system.
RETURNED CHECK CHARGE:
The District may not
collect any fee greater than that charged to it by a banking
institution and under no circumstances shall the fee collected by
the District exceed $25.00
LEAK ADJUSTMENT INCREMENT
$
.81 per 1,000 gallons. To be used when the bill reflects unusual
consumption which can be attributed to eligible leakage on customer's
side of the meter. This rate is used to calculate consumption above the
customer's historical average usage.
